Owen Evans Is a Native Speaking English Teacher From The UK.
Hi Everyone, My Name name is Owen Evans. I am an experienced English teacher from Scotland in the UK. Don’t worry, I have a very neutral Brittish accent. I feel that the most important thing is that we enjoy our English lessons together & I will make sure we talk about the English subjects that you enjoy.
I am a highly qualified teacher who has been teaching English for over two years to students from all over the world. I’ve also taught guitar for almost 10 years to students of all ages as well as touring the UK & Europe as part of a band. I currently hold a Degree in Music as well as being a TEFL certified teacher.
My hobbies include Travelling, Music, Guitar, Football/Soccer, Language, Food and Culture so I am confident that we can find lots of topics to talk about.

Both IELTS and TOEFL tutoring are available to help you prepare for any upcoming exams you may have. We will help you prepare for the exam as well as help you apply for the exam.

Our Lessons
Most of our lessons are via video chat. Usually, our students use skype or facetime, however, other options may be available. Usually, our students book 1 hour or 30 min lessons. Sometimes, longer English lessons can be available. A free 15-minute consultation lesson is available if you want as well to ensure we know what you want to achieve from learning English in Kuala Lumpur. Learning materials and instructions will be sent to you from your designated English teacher.
Payment has to be received at least 4 hours before each lesson. We recommend that you are ready for your lesson at least 10 mins before it is due to start. If you are late, the lesson will be cancelled.
When the lesson has finished, your teacher will send you a review form. This form will include the new words you have learned along with any words you have found difficult. It is very important that this is revised so that we can move onto new topics during the next lesson. Review forms can be sent in English, 日本語, 한국어 & 中文.
Prices
Our prices:
15USD per 30 min lesson.
30USD per 60 min lesson.
We have to receive payment for your English lessons before the lesson is about to start otherwise the lesson will be cancelled. We recommend being ready at least 15 mins before your lesson is due to start. This way we can always start the English lesson on time.
We accept payment via Bank Transfer, Paypal & Transferwise. Other options may be available so please ask if you wish to use an alternative method of payment.
