Hi Everyone, My Name name is Owen Evans and I am an English teacher from Scotland in the UK. I like to make sure my lessons are built around what you want to learn and the subjects that you enjoy most. I’m a highly qualified teacher who has been teaching English for over two years as well as teaching guitar for over 10 years now. I am very experienced in teaching students of all levels. I have a degree in music as well as a TEFL certificate.
My hobbies include Music, Guitar, Football, Language, Travel, Food and Culture so I am confident that we can find lots of topics to talk about. I also speak conversational Japanese.

Yes, at English lessons Berlin we offer lessons for all levels of English speaker.
Both IELTS and TOEFL tutoring are available to help you prepare for any upcoming exams you may have. If there are any other English based exams you wish to learn then please let me know.
We accept a wide range of options and are always open to new suggestions. Please check out the options we accept by reading the section to the right-hand side.
How Our Lessons Work
Our lessons are taken via video chat. The best options seem to be skype or facetime. We are, however, open to other options if something works better for you. We will always work around what is best for you. Please send us an email for more information or to organise a free 15 min consultation lesson. You can download Skype for free by clicking here.
All learning materials will be sent over to you via email. During every lesson, you are expected to take notes as well on what you need to practice.
Payment has to be received at least 4 hours before each lesson. We recommend that you are ready and waiting for your lesson 5 minutes before it will start. This ensures everyone is on time and reaps the full benefits of their English lesson.
Once the lesson has finished, your teacher will send you an English lesson review form. This document will also include the new vocabulary you have learned. It is expected that you practice these words so you can improve your English level for the next lesson. Review forms can be sent in English, Spanish, 日本語, 한국어 & 中文.
Prices
Our prices:
15USD for a 30 Minute Lesson.
30USD for a 60 Minute Lesson.
Payment has to received before your lessons before it can take place. If you have another agreement with your teacher then this is acceptable. If you need to cancel please notify your teacher at least 24 hours before the English lesson is due to take place.
We accept payment via Bank Transfer, Paypal & Transferwise. Other options may be available so please ask if you wish to use an alternative method of payment.

We are currently offering 4 lessons for the price of 3. This means your final lesson in a group booking of 4 is free.
